Adult Ed Class to Start

The New Testament book of Romans is one of the most important books in the Christian tradition.  The challenge is to learn to have our own interpretive conversation with the text itself.  An adult education class on this book begins on Tuesday afternoon, January 10, at 1PM.  An 8-week Disciple Bible Study.  So study books may be ordered, please let Barbara Dadd Shaffer know of your interest.  Or contact her for more information at 425-210-1399 or  barbdadd@aol.com

Dear Friends,

Greetings and Happy New Year from all of us at the United Methodist Church Foundation!

As 2011 comes to a close, we reflect on our year's accomplishments. We are proud to report that the Foundation has experienced positive growth and change, continuing to expand the reach of our endowment funds and working to promote our mission of generosity and giving across the globe.

These successes are attributed to the generosity of friends and constituents like yourself. We are so grateful for your continued support, which ensures a future of successful ministries.

We would like to remind you that it is not too late to make a gift for 2011 to the Foundation or to one of our many endowments. To make your gift now, or to learn how to leave a legacy to the Church through planned giving, visit us at www.umcfoundation.org.

Your generosity will ensure a ministry of giving for future generations.

Best Regards,
